Atisly: beginnings
There is always a beginning and an ending to everything.
This is the beginning of Atisly.
Artists must create artwork. Not only because they want to, but because they have to. They have an internal drive that compels them to create. They must exercise their passion to make their vision a reality by putting brush to canvas, pencil to paper, stylus to tablet, or whatever your chosen medium of the day is.
However artists also need to eat, and fund their passions. They do this by selling the art they create, and if they don’t have a buyer then the term starving artists comes into play. When that happens, the unsold art will either stack up in their studio, or in their head.
One of the most important parts of the artistic equation is the buyer.
This isn’t something new. The Renaissance period is full of artwork that only exists because of patrons. If artists didn’t have patrons, then the world today would not have the treasured classic works of art that are now studied and known as the masterpieces.
Artists of the world need to do what they do and create more artwork. The goal and purpose of Atisly is to be the place where artists can sell their uncreated artwork either for a set price or in an auction style format. Then create the artwork with the comfort that it has already been sold.
Atisly is a work in progress. We are constantly working to improve this platform to make it easier for artist to sell their uncreated art and fund their life, studio, and passions.
Please join us on our journey to fund artists to bring their imaginary works of art into existence. Together we can fill our world with more original works of art!
